In the cleaning industry it is good to have your timing under control. If you do not have times for your staff to adhere to they will work at a pace that is suitable to them which in most cases will cost you money.
Average kitchen based on a biweekly clean - 35 minutes (excluding vacuuming and washing of floors)
add 2 minutes for each on the counter appliance in need of clean and polish
add 5 minutes for each large stainless appliance polishing. 2 minutes each for smaller (toaster, coffee machine etc.)
Add 5 to 10 minutes for cluttered counter tops
