Why isn't my product working the way it should?
It is frustrating when you purchase a product, bring it home and when you use it, it doesn’t work the way it promises to. JUST SHINE works but only when it is used on a surface that does not have a silicone build-up left by conventional cleaning products for windows, mirrors, granite, marble, wood and laminate floors.
Before using JUST SHINE regularly, you must remove the silicone/wax build-up. Use a small bucket of hot, soapy water and a clean cloth. Immerse the cloth into the bucket, wring out and starting from the top left, in a circular motion run the cloth from side to side (dip back into the hot, soapy water when needed). Take another clean cloth, run under cool tap water and repeat the process. Follow with SHINE. Polish dry with a clean cloth. Repeat the entire process if necessary (depending on the amount of build-up).
Once this step is done, you are going to notice you will be using less product than before, needing only a couple of short bursts from the spray nozzle for each area. This means you are going to be saving more money .... I have clients who only order the 2 pack one-shot refills yearly
How do I find out if there is a build-up on my mirrors or windows?
Do the spritz test! Take your JUST SHINE, point at the mirror or window or glass pane and give one pull on the spray trigger in the spray position (not stream). If the little droplets just hang out without moving there is no residue on the surface. If the droplets start moving downward right away, there’s a barrier between the glass and the JUST SHINE that needs to be removed.
For flat surface glass and mirror, granite/marble countertops grab a dampened clean cloth and with a little pressure run it across the surface. If there is no residue that cloth will slide across the area with ease. If there is a residue it won’t. This test is most noticeable on wood and laminate floors but noticeable footprints on the floor after cleaning is a good sign you have a build-up issue.
Why Can’t I find your products on store shelves?
I tried showcasing my 100% natural products in a few local stores (Jaydancin and Purdy Natural) and third party online stores by invitation of the store owners but after a time realized it was not a fit for me.
My 'aha' moment was at a local business event. I was asked what my business was and all I got out was that I created natural cleaning products. This woman interrupts me and explains her experience with a product she had purchased at a local store and how it turned her off of the desire to switch to natural products. The inquisitive me asked her the name of the product. She said it was called Just Shine, she couldn't remember the name of the company but she named the store she bought it at. I said it was Just Another Natural Nut. She said, yes that's it. Then I handed her my card.
I know why it didn't work and I knew what needed to be done for her to be successful with her first time using a true natural product. The salesperson of that store did not (that is not a dig at them it was a reality check for me).
I am the brand, I am Just Another Natural Nut, not my products.
Just Another Natural Nut cleaning and household products work. How do I know? Because they are successfully used in 1,000's of homes every year by professionals in the cleaning industry throughout Canada and the U.S.A. Because these professionals helped me tweak my creations until they were satisfied with the end results. Because over the years my clients and customers were always astounded at how easy it was to use my products once they understood how it all worked (yes, I have gone into my customer and client homes to help them visually understand how to use my products)
Back to the woman at the business event. After we chatted she invited me to her home, we discussed her issues, we worked together to solve them and she became my biggest supporter and still is today. You don't get that off of a store shelf.
