Green Tea Sugar Scrub
1 cup cane sugar
½ cup sunflower seed oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp dried green tea leaves
Gently stir all ingredients together until well mixed and pour into a container and seal.
Sugar granules are less abrasive than salt, making them a gentler exfoliate. A natural source of glycolic acid, sugar breaks down layers of dead skin and smooths the skin’s surface, speeding up re-hydration while keeping skin conditioned and moisturized. For this reason, sugar scrubs are a fantastic pick for dry and dehydrated types.
It’s best to use a body scrub two to three times per week to keep your skin soft and smooth from head to toe.
